Love your use of black and white, btw, it fits with the whole theme of the recent episodes.
Personally I don't think he's evil. Just misguided. His past behavior has shown him to be someone who does what he thinks is right at the time based on logic, sometimes if that means hurting others (like shocking Providence grunts to get his way). And my guess is that when it came to Rex, he believed his brother was better off brainwashed than dead. Caesar is an extremely complicated character, one who can't be painted in black and white. Unfortunately, I also think he's made some bad choices that are really going to cost him.
Although I respect your opinion, I still think he's evil. Considering he almost killed his brother with his experiment and he seems sorta crazy....I mean, come on, just look at him! He screams crazy...
JK. Awesome though.
